All dates must be entered in the format DD/MM/YYYY

IMPORTANT: When entering application number, omit all letters and type the remainder followed by a star (*).
For example: FUL/MAL/05/01238 becomes 05/01238*

When entering a street name, it must be prefixed by a star (*)
For example: "High Street" becomes "*High Street" (without the quotation marks).
